Deerfield Resort is one of East Tennessee's premier lake communities, situated on the shores of Norris Lake. Residents enjoy golf, boating, a private airstrip, and the natural beauty of the Appalachian foothills year-round.

Own a home steps from the first tee. Golf course lots offer stunning fairway and lake views — wake up and play 18 holes before breakfast. A rare opportunity to live inside an active golf and lake resort community.

Norris Lake is Tennessee's clearest lake — over 800 miles of shoreline. Deerfield properties offer deeded lake access, boat slips at the marina, and some of the best freshwater fishing in the Southeast.

Deerfield is the only lake community on Norris Lake with its own private airstrip. For pilots, it's the ultimate setup — land, park your plane, and tee off. A truly one-of-a-kind lifestyle.
